Kitchen & Bathroom Design
Kitchen & bathroom remodels are quite complex and one of the bigger projects you can undertake for your home. Fe + Luz specializes in kitchen & bathroom remodels; we are here to design and select finishes specifically tailored to you are your style. We look at the space (or potential space) and devise a design plan, for a beautiful and functional space that works for you and your family.
For this service, we charge a fixed fee for the design & planning phase + an hourly fee for the implementation phase (Charged weekly until the project is complete)

Residential Design & New Build Design
Our full residential design experience takes our clients from conception to completion. We take lead on all of the project management – sourcing materials orders & coordinating trades. We will also be present for on-site visits throughout the renovation process.
This service is best suited for large-scale projects, such as building a new home, additions with a small custom home builder OR whole home re-design. We will help with sourcing materials, (tile, cabinets, lighting etc), cabinetry design, electrical plans, space planning & layout. We will also be present for on-site visits throughout the building process with your builder/contractor.
For this service, we charge a hourly for the design & planning phase + an hourly fee for the implementation phase (Charged weekly until the project is complete)

General Consultation
With our consultation-only service, we are hired hourly for suggestions & advice, sourcing only, plans & 3d rendering only, colour consultation interior & exterior etc. As this is an hourly service, you can determine how long you need my expertise. Our general consultation is perfect for smaller projects or general advice for any room in the house, exterior and /or decorating projects.
All services get an initial consultation (2hr Paid consults
For this service, we charge a hourly; charged prior to all appointments.
Our Process
During this phase, you will get to know us and our process. It will start with a complimentary 30 min discovery call. I will ask you a series of questions about your upcoming renovation or new build so we can understand your project. You will also receive a work-with-us guide that outlines what to expect from us and an investment guide prior to your discovery call.
We kick-start your upcoming project with the initial consultation where you will walk us through your space, vision, personal style & preferences. This appointment is a 2hour consultation, where you can ask for advice, suggestions and any other design-related questions. During your consultation, we will take notes, photos of the space and measurements. After the consultation, we will send you a detailed service agreement & design fee quote to continue.
The planning & design phase will most likely be the most enjoyable part of the process for you. Your concept & budget review will be presented in the comfort of your home. I will present you with the complete design for your space. This detailed design will showcase every single element and include an estimated material pricing for your approval. Your feedback is then taken back and revisions are made to make it exactly what you’ve envisioned for the space. Once this phase is complete you are well on your way to a beautiful home.
Once you have signed off on all designs & pay for the material, we begin with a kick-off meeting between trades, contractors & clients on site. We begin placing all orders & coordinating deliveries. Throughout this step, Fe + Luz oversees the project and the contractor to assure the quality & accuracy of all designs over the weeks & months of installation leading to the completion of your project.
We wrap up your project with a complete deficiencies walk-through, final billing and presentation of the thank-you gift. We will ask you to fill out a survey and provide us feedback on your experience working with us.
