At Fe + Luz, every home we touch is a reflection of the people who live there. We take a collaborative approach to design—bringing you two to three curated options at each stage—so you feel confident and supported, never overwhelmed.
We also know your time is limited. That’s why we manage every detail of your project—from design development to final install—working closely with contractors, trades, and suppliers so you don’t have to.
With a warm approach and a sharp eye for detail, Mirian brings over a decade of design experience to her clients. Her background in both construction and interiors gives her a unique ability to see the big picture while obsessing over the little things that make a space sing.
Raised in a big, loving Mexican family, Mirian believes design should feel like a natural extension of how you live, gather, and connect. Clients often describe her as grounded, highly organized, and someone they trust implicitly with their home.
Whether she’s overseeing a kitchen renovation or curating finishes for a new build, Mirian brings clarity to complex decisions—and joy to the process.
At Fe + Luz, we create more than beautiful spaces—we design seamless experiences for busy professionals who want expert guidance, personalized spaces, and a renovation process that actually feels enjoyable.
Founded by interior designer Mirian Ferguson, Fe + Luz is rooted in the belief that home should feel as intentional as it is elegant. From our highly organized process to our thoughtful material selections, every step is built around your vision, your lifestyle, and your peace of mind.
outside of work, you'll usually fine me reading a book, spending time with family/friends or chasing my toddler. I’m a big believer in balance—between beauty and function, modern and warm, creative vision and detailed execution.
My family home in Cuernavaca, Mexico. I spent childhood summers there, surrounded by cousins, home-cooked meals, and the kind of warmth only a big, loving family can bring. Those memories—filled with color, laughter, and connection—still inspire how I approach design today: with intention, joy, and a deep love for spaces that bring people together.
My dream travel destination is Scotland — exploring centuries-old castles, wandering through historic villages, hiking the Highlands, and (of course) cuddling a Highland cow are all at the top of my list.”
“A well-designed home doesn’t just look beautiful—it feels like it was always meant to be yours.”
A quote to live by
Fe + Luz means faith and light in Spanish—a reflection of both my heritage and my approach to design. It’s a name rooted in the values I was raised with: trust, warmth, intention, and family.
To me, faith is the quiet confidence that everything will come together, even when the process is complex. And light represents clarity, inspiration, and the feeling of home. At Fe + Luz, that’s what I hope to bring into every space we create—a sense of calm, beauty, and belonging.
