She asked great questions to understand our needs and shared some great tips and advice to make us consider different aspects we hadn't thought of. She drew up options for a new basement layout and made revisions as discussed so we had a finalize plan we could execute as planned to do the project ourselves. Her prices can't be beaten. Thanks to Mirian, we've also been able to follow her advice and repaint the interior of the house based on her recommendations for our style.
